On 20 September 2001 at the District Court at Waihi, Noel Roger Leonard was convicted of the following offences
- excess breath alcohol (2nd/subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1984 Ford Telstar, registration No. LJ 7260
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
