Pursuant to Regulation 10 (3) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 April 2001, which was granted under those regulations to Jennifer Gorst in respect of Growing & Learning Unlimited (20161), situated at
279 Glenfield Rd, Glenfield, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
