Pursuant to section 162 (5) of the Education Act 1989, and following a recommendation from the Council of Taranaki Polytechnic, I hereby change the name of that institution to Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki.
This notice shall come into force on the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
