Pursuant to clause 9 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the closing date for voting in the election of the student representative for the Board of Trustees of Whakatane High School.
The closing date will be 23 October 2001.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
