Pursuant to section 57 of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable Noel Crossley Anderson, a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand
to be a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand to take effect 13 September 2001.
