Pursuant to section 95 (1) of the Education Act 1989,
and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby publish the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Waimokoia Residential School Board of Trustees, Auckland, Notice 2001 and shall take effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. The Waimokoia Residential School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:
? The principal of Waimokoia Residential School;
? one staff representative elected by and from the members of the board staff of Waimokoia Residential School;
? five members appointed by the Minister of Education; and
? up to four members co-opted by the board.
3. The Waimokoia Residential School Board of Trustees Notice 1992 published in the New Zealand Gazette,
23 April 1992, No. 57, page 1169, is hereby revoked.
