I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 20 August 2001, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 299 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 (by virtue of the removal of Canterbury Sea Products Limited from the Register of Companies on 24 March 1994, pursuant to the Companies Act 1955) with rights as owner of 224kg of individual transferable quota ELE3 allocated under the provisions of the Fisheries Act 1983, and that as at the date of this notice, the above individual transferable quota will be administered by the Ministry of Fisheries.
