1. This is a notice of withdrawal of a product ruling under section 91FJ of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product ruling No. 01/21 is hereby withdrawn.
3. Product ruling No. 01/21 related to the establishment and continued operation of a unit trust known as the
Tortis-NZ Fund. It applied for the period 1 July 2001 to 30 June 2004. Notice of its making appears in the
New Zealand Gazette of 13 September 2001. It is withdrawn on 13 September 2001.
