Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the date of this notice, the approval of Pest Solutions' code of ethical conduct, which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of Lincoln University.
Notice No. 1128 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on
1 July 1999 in Issue No. 79 at page 1820 is hereby revoked.
