Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act have been fulfilled and complied with, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice that she approves a statement of preferred work practices or arrangements for health and safety in design, manufacturing, operation, maintenance and servicing of pressure equipment (excluding boilers), under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, entitled
"Code of Practice for Pressure Equipment (Excluding Boilers)".
These preferred work practices or arrangements describe
the general health and safety provisions for the management of pressure equipment (excluding boilers) and for the protection of employees and others.
