Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the Napier District Court on 28 August 2001, against Taine Jesse Harrison for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
Nissan Skyline, registration No. OE 5305;
Ford Telstar, registration No. LM 3870.
