1. This is a notice of withdrawal of a product ruling under section 91FJ of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product ruling No. 97/38 is hereby withdrawn to allow for a replacement ruling to be issued, adjusting the period of application to 30 June 2004.
3. Product ruling No. 97/38 related to the establishment
of a wholesale superannuation fund known as the BNZ International Equity Index Fund. It applied for the period 15 May 1997 to 30 September 2002. Notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of
22 May 1997. It is withdrawn on 6 September 2001.
