I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 2 August 2001, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 299 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 (by virtue of the removal of
R O Sandstad Limited from the Register of Companies on 1 June 1995, pursuant to the Companies Act 1955) with rights as lessor of the following 2 leases:
(a) Lease No. C. 479890.1, North Auckland Land Registry, secured against a stratum estate in freehold within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 1972 in Principal Unit No. MM on Unit Plan 154558 (North Auckland Registry) together with Accessory Unit No. AU70 and AU112 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 92B/651 (North Auckland Land Registry); and
(b) Lease No. C. 479891.1, North Auckland Land Registry, secured against a stratum estate in freehold within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 1972 in Principal Unit No. P on Unit Plan 154558 (North Auckland Registry) together with Accessory Unit No. AU12 and AU89 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 92B/628 (North Auckland Land Registry).
