Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the Queenstown District Court on 13 August 2001, against Noel Crowe, of Queenstown, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1980 Mitsubishi Sigma, registration No. JP 8655.
It is a condition of the order that the offender shall not, within 12 months after the date of the order, acquire any interest in any motor vehicle.
