Notice is hereby given that on 24 July 2001, orders were made by the District Court at Blenheim against:
Darren James Eriha to confiscate the following
motor vehicle:
Ford Falcon, registration No. JR 1663; and
Kenneth Anthony Phipps to confiscate the following motor vehicle:
Holden Berlina, registration No. ZI 8307.
Any person who has a legal interest in these motor vehicles should contact the Deputy Registrar urgently as the Deputy Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
