Authority Appointed
Pursuant to section 129N (3) of the Immigration Act 1987,
Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Allan Bernard Lawson of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for a 2 year term commencing on 1 July 2001 and ceasing at the end of 30 June 2003.

Anna Mary Fitzgibbon of Auckland
Peter John Andrew of Auckland
to be members of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for a 4 year term commencing on 7 June 2001 and ceasing at the end of 6 June 2005.
