Notice 2001
Pursuant to section 341 (7) of the Fisheries Act 1996, and the powers delegated to me by the Chief Executive, Ministry of Fisheries, I hereby make the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice shall be known as the Fisheries (Notification of Date for Forward Transfers of Annual Catch Entitlement) Notice 2001.
2. Commencement-This notice shall come into effect on 6 August 2001.
3. Interpretation-In this notice, any terms and expressions that are defined in the Fisheries Act 1996 have the same meaning for the purpose of this notice.
4. Transfers of Annual Catch Entitlement-The date on which the chief executive may receive forward transfers of annual catch entitlement, in accordance with section 341 (7), is 6 August 2001.
