Pursuant to rule 20 (3) of the District Courts Rules 1992, the Minister for Courts has formally revoked the directions made pursuant to rule 11 (2) of the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1948, in respect of each of the District Courts at the places named in the first column of the Schedule, as published in the volumes of the New Zealand Gazette respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule.
