each to be an Environment Commissioner for a period of
5 years on and from the date hereof;
and to reappoint as Environment Commissioner:
Paul Catchpole of New Plymouth
for a period of 3 years from 7 July 2001;
Arthur Hackett of Mt Maunganui
for a period of 2 years from 1 July 2001;
Ian Gerald Christopher Kerr of Christchurch
for a period of 3 years on and from the date hereof;
Ian Geoffrey McIntyre of Auckland
for a period of 3 years from 5 August 2001; and
Jennifer Daphne Rowan of Wellington
for a period of 5 years from 1 November 2001; and further
to appoint as Deputy Commissioner:
Frank Easdale of Christchurch
for a term of 1 year on and from the date hereof, and
Robyn Grigg of Christchurch
for a period of 3 years from 5 August 2001.
