I, Ruth Dyson, Associate Minister of Health, on the application of the South Taranaki District Council, and being satisfied that the provisions of section 45A (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 have been met, hereby make the following order:
1. The Waihi Cemetery shall be reopened on and from
29 June 2001.
2. The control and management of Waihi Cemetery is hereby vested in the South Taranaki District Council.
