Pursuant to section 11 of the Securities Act 1978, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Michael Webb of Auckland
to be chairperson of the Securities Commission commencing from 1 July 2001 and expiring on the appointment of
Jane Diplock of Hunters Hill, Sydney, Australia.
