In the matter of section 52 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, and in the matter of David John Lamont:
Take notice that on 14 June 2001, an application by David John Lamont for the removal of his name from the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand was filed in the Dunedin Registry.
The application has been consented to by the applicant and the Otago District Law Society and the name David John Lamont has been removed from the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors.
