Ben Goodwin, of 15 Dawson Drive, Ngongotaha, Rotorua (in this warrant called the offender), was on 21 March 2001, convicted of driving while disqualified by the District Court at Rotorua.
On 21 March 2001, an order was made by the District Court at Rotorua for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle in which the defendant has an interest:

I direct you, unless the motor vehicle is sooner surrendered to a constable or bailiff or the Registrar, to seize the motor vehicle and to deliver it into the custody of the Registrar of the District Court at Rotorua.
