Bertram James Te Kiri, of 28B Neil Road, Rotorua (in this warrant called the offender), was on 14 May 2001, convicted of theft (1) and driving while disqualified (1) by the District Court at Rotorua.
On 15 May 2001, an order was made by the District Court at Rotorua for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle in which the defendant has an interest:
