Nicholas John Shilton, of 157 Otumoetai Road, Tauranga (in this warrant called the offender), was on 20 March 2001, convicted of driving with excess breath alcohol by the District Court at Rotorua.
On 9 May 2001, an order was made by the District Court at Rotorua for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle in which the defendant has an interest:

Under the confiscation order, the offender was required to surrender the motor vehicle to a constable or bailiff or the Registrar at Tauranga on 9 May 2001 at 4.00 p.m.
The offender has failed to surrender the motor vehicle.
I direct you, unless the motor vehicle is sooner surrendered to a constable or bailiff or the Registrar, to seize the motor vehicle and to deliver it into the custody of the Registrar of the District Court at Rotorua.
