Pursuant to section 87N of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000,
I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, has exercised his powers and renewed the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Polynesian Limited (trading as Polynesian Airlines) for a period of 5 years.
