Market Licence
Pursuant to section 87U (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000,
I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, having received an application from TWA Airlines LLC, of St Louis, Missouri, United States of America, has granted that airline an Open Aviation Market Licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights, in accordance with
the 18 June 1997 Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of New Zealand and the Government of
the United States of America, for an indefinite term with immediate effect.
