In reliance on section 250 of the Employment Relations Act 2000 and pursuant to section 87 of the Employment Contracts Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Ian Maxwell Davidson of Auckland
to be an adjudicator and mediator member of the Employment Tribunal for a term commencing on 1 February 2001 and ceasing on 31 January 2002.
