On 24 April 2001 at the District Court at Opotiki, an order was made against Barry John Toopi, to confiscate a
1987 Subaru GTXI motor vehicle, registration No. NI 8535.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Criminal Justice
Act 1985.
