Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the District Court at Timaru on 19 December 2000, against John Luke Phillips for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1985 Ford Sierra, registration No. PJ 5300.
