Amendment No. 5 to the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999

Section 11G of the Food Act 1981
Amendment No. 5 to the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999 was issued by the Minister of Health on
15 May 2001.
Amendment No. 5 will come into force on the 28th day after the date of this notification.
Amendment No. 5 establishes new, and amends existing, maximum residue limits for specified agricultural compounds and exempts one agricultural compound from having an MRL being set.
Compliance with the provisions of the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999 is mandatory.
