On 10 May 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga, Michael William Ramsey, unemployed, of 105 Fourth Avenue, Tauranga, was convicted and fined $500.00 and $130.00 Court costs and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months and not to have any financial interest in a motor vehicle for 12 months from 10 May 2001 following his conviction on 10 May 2001 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and
in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates H. J. White and A. A. Ngatai have ordered that an
Audi motor vehicle, registration No. UI 8216
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Michael William Ramsey, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on 10 May 2001.
