Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the Huntly District Court on 9 April 2001, against Edward John Hemopo for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1986 Toyota Corolla SL (coloured red), registration No. NC 7036.
