Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 October 1990, which was granted under those regulations to Anna Cullen in respect of Barnardos Opawa Early Learning Centre (70509), situated at 100 Ensors Road, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
