Having regard to Regulation 15 of the Radiocommunications (Radio) Regulations 1993, the Radio Spectrum Management Group of the Ministry of Economic Development has published the Engineering Consideration Documents "ECD2001/1: Radio Spectrum for Narrow Band High Efficiency Digital Fixed Links in the 1.4-1.5 GHz Bands".
