Pursuant to section 162 (5) of the Education Act 1989,
and following a recommendation from the council of
Hutt Valley Polytechnic, I hereby change the name of that institution to the Wellington Institute of Technology.
This notice shall come into force the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
