Pursuant to sections 9 and 11 of the Law Commission
Act 1985, His Excellency the Governor-General of
New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
(James) Bruce Robertson, High Court Judge of Auckland
to be the President of the Law Commission for a term of
5 years on and from 1 May 2001, and appoint
Patrick John Keane, District Court Judge of Wellington
Vivienne Heath Ullrich, barrister and solicitor of Wellington
Ngatata Ralph Heberley Love, retired public servant of Wellington
each to be a Commissioner of the Law Commission for a term of 3 years on and from 1 May 2001.
