Acting under delegated authority, pursuant to section 109 (7B) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that it is in the best interests of Waimokoia School that the election
and reconstitution of its board should be postponed and
that the current commissioner's term of office should be extended.
I set 14 September 2001 as the date of the election and reconstitution of a new board of trustees.
