Pursuant to Regulation 22 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pressure Equipment, Cranes and Passenger Ropeways) Regulations 1999, I, J. M. Chetwin, Chief Executive, Department of Labour, give notice that the application from the New Zealand Refining Company Limited for extended inspection periods is recognised in terms of Regulation 22 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pressure Equipment, Cranes and Passenger Ropeways) Regulations 1999.
