Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry
of Transport, has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, to vary the terms of
the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to
Air Tahiti Nui to:
(i) permit services over the routing "Papeete to Auckland and, optionally, beyond to Sydney";
(ii) add capacity of 2 code-share services per week, as the marketing carrier, between Papeete and Auckland, and 3 code-share services per week, as the marketing carrier, between Auckland and Sydney; and
(iii) permit 3rd-country code-sharing on the routes the carrier is licensed to operate.
This variation took effect on 12 March 2001.
