Notice 2001
Pursuant to section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I publish the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice shall be cited as the Health Camp Schools Boards of Trustees Notice 2001. This notice shall take effect on the day after its publication.
2. The Health Camp Schools shall each have a Board of Trustees constituted as follows:
? The principal;
? A staff representative;
? The health camp manager and a member appointed by the health camp manager;
? Up to 3 members appointed at any time in the absolute discretion of the Minister of Education, including at least 1 member with expertise in effective education interventions for children with challenging behaviour; and
? Up to 3 members co-opted by the board.
The "Health Camp Schools and Schools in Institutions Under the Control of the Director-General of Social
Welfare Boards of Trustees Notice 1992" published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 April 1992, page 1167, is hereby revoked.
