Take notice that I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land aggregating sixty-nine square metres (69m²), and being
part Section 649, Town of New Plymouth, contained in Deeds Index 3/387, Taranaki Land Registry, being a property formerly held by Wisgate Enterprises Limited (formerly Taranaki Brewery and Cordials Limited),
a company removed from the Companies Register on
17 March 1993 and formerly having its registered office at Auckland.
And I certify that the vesting of the said property did not come to my notice until 31 January 2001.
