Pursuant to section 396 of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services gives notice that the approval of Waitomo Papakainga Development Society Incorporated as a child and family support service was suspended on 1 March 2001.
