Pursuant to section 5 of the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Act 1981, the Minister of Fisheries gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
I have authorised the following persons to take marine resources within the CCAMLR Statistical Sub-area 88.1, subject to certain conditions as detailed in each individual permit:
? Nigel Jolly (in respect of the vessel RV Braveheart).
? John McKoy (in respect of the vessel RV Tangaroa).
The permit in respect of the RV Braveheart is valid from date of issue until 16 April 2001.
The permit in respect of the RV Tangaroa is valid from date of issue until 1 May 2001.
