I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 15 December 2000, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Willma Holdings Limited from the Register of Companies on 17 November 2000, pursuant to section 336 of the Companies Act 1993), with rights as mortgagee under mortgage No. A. 203646 registered against certificate of title 8A/721, North Auckland Land Registry.
