Jason Nikolas Ansell was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess blood alcohol (subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Toyota motor vehicle, registration No. ST 4692
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
