Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952, that Cavell Leitch Pringle
& Boyle Nominees Limited did, on the 4th day of December 2001, enter into possession of the land owned by Kushi Investments Limited at the corner of 33 Dee Street (corner of Dee and Esk Streets), Invercargill, under the terms of the first registered mortgage granted over the following title in favour of Cavell Leitch Pringle & Boyle Nominees Limited.
