Custodians Limited, 169 The Terrace, Wellington, being the mortgagee pursuant to memorandum of mortgages No. 550338.7, D. 550334.7 and 589707.10 (North Auckland Registry), hereby gives notice that on or about the 4th day of October 2001, it entered into possession of the property owned by Phoebe Adelaide Foley and Francis Foley, being the property comprised in certificates of title 128B/180, 128B/181, 128B/182, 127D/427, 127D/428, 127D/430, 127D/431, 127D/432, 127D/433, 127D/441, 127D/442, 127D/443, 127D/454 and 127D/458, situated at Liddesdale Place, Papakura, Auckland.
