Strategic Finance Limited hereby gives notice that on or about the 8th day of August 2001, it entered into possession of the properties situated at 150-152 Fitzgerald Avenue, Christchurch, being all that land comprised in certificates of title 31B/351 and 21F/103, pursuant to memorandum of mortgage No. A. 466978.4 (Canterbury Registry).
The registered office of Strategic Finance Limited is Level Ten, NZI House, 25-33 Victoria Street, Wellington.
