Provincial Finance Limited at Christchurch, being the mortgagee, pursuant to mortgage No. A. 459821/5, hereby gives notice that on or about the 27th day of July 2001, it took possession of the property owned by Cain Raymond Rosel and Tineke Ann Maddock at 6A Peel Close, Rolleston, being the property comprised in certificate of title 47D/126 (Canterbury Land Registry).
